This package ensures your wedding day unfolds just as you envisioned. We manage the timeline, oversee the details, and keep everything running smoothly so you can be fully present.
PARTIAL
So you have hit a wall with this wedding planning thing. Too many choices and so much to do with too little time. This package allows you to hand everything over and trust that we’ll bring your plans together with care.
FULL
You have no idea where to start and no time to figure it out. Let us take care of everything, down to the smallest detail. Unlimited communication will allow you to always know what’s next and make sure no small touch is missed.
DAY OF SERVICE

Ceremony and reception site visit

Assist with layout of ceremony and venue setup

Preparation of day and schedule

Coordination and oversight of wedding rehearsal

Confirmation of delivery and correct placement of vendor items (linens, cake, flowers, etc.)

Supervise and assist with setup of ceremony and reception items (linens, cake, flowers, toasting glasses, photos, favors, place cards, etc.)

Cue the start of all reception activities including introductions, first dance, dinner, toasts and cake cutting (this can change depending on offering of DJ)

Oversight of vendors on site

PARTIAL SERVICE
Coordinate with client day of final payment & necessary tip delivery
Assist with vendor research and selections
Provide 2-3 vendor selections with cost comparison
Negotiate and review vendor contracts
Arrange and manage hotel accommodations for guest and/or bridal party
Keep client aware of important dates regarding vendor commitments and payment schedule
FULL SERVICE
Assist with keeping client within wedding budget and providing recommendations on where to save
Assist with selection of wedding style, theme and decor
Research and assist with selection of ceremony and reception venues
Assist with selection of food (if wanted) & beverage during reception
Creation and facilitation of amenities, such as welcome bags, place cards and programs
