Our Mission

To provide couples with a wedding day that feels organized, calm, and exactly as they envisioned.

Though planning a wedding is an exciting time, the responsibility and weight of executing it all on the big day can be stressful. When a couple hires a wedding coordinator, they’re looking for someone who will answer questions, offer suggestions, and help bring their plans together. Weddings by Wives provides a team who will be there every step of the way.

Let us handle the details so you can be fully present on your special day!

Justina leads coordination at every wedding, ensuring your plans come to life as you have envisioned. Each event includes a second coordinator, either Noelle or Allison. If neither is available, Justina’s husband, Jordan, steps in to assist so you always have a reliable two-person team supporting your day.

Although Weddings by Wives isn’t our full‑time job, it is work we care deeply about. In fact, the team of ladies all work together in our full‑time careers, which means we bring strong communication, trust, and teamwork into every wedding we coordinate. We often understand each other with just a glance, and each of us brings a unique strength to the day.

Attention to detail is at the heart of what we do. From managing the timeline to overseeing the moving pieces, our priority is simple: a smooth, stress-free celebration where you can enjoy the day you have dreamed of.

Weddings by Wives is honored to support couples during one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. We believe every couple deserves to be fully present on their special day. We are here to make sure your day runs beautifully so you can focus on love, laughter, and every moment in between.

A few things about me:

  • I am inspired by organization and seeing the joy on people’s faces when they are enjoying the fruits of your labor.

  • I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, and relaxing in my backyard.

  • My ideal day would be spent soaking in the sun on my deck.

  • I love a good dance floor and will absolutely be smiling from the sidelines.

  • I recommend that every couple take a moment at their head table to look around the room and take in all the people who came to celebrate them and all their planning coming to life.

  • I am a firm believer that every wedding should include at least an introduction and a first dance. After all, it is a wedding, not just any ordinary party
